Stelato Auto announced it will jointly establish a Stelato brand strategic alliance with Huawei and BAIC, with a planned investment of 20 billion yuan over three years, focusing on technological iteration in four core areas: design, intelligent assisted driving, smart cockpit, and quality and safety.
BAIC Group announced it will invest 1.6 billion yuan in the construction of the Stelato Super Factory, which will produce the Stelato S9 model with 100% automation of key processes.
BAIC BluePark announced it will develop three Stelato brand vehicles with a total investment exceeding 5.5 billion yuan, intending to use 700 million yuan of raised funds. At the same time, BAIC BluePark has decided to suspend production and sales of the BAIC EU series to fully support the Arcfox and Stelato brands.
Stelato S9 sales are expected to be 2,174 units in May 2025, 4,228 units in June, and 1,964 units in July.
