Audi’s Global Vehicle Sales in August 2025

Audi sold 106,182 vehicles in 38 countries in August 2025, including 41904 in China, 15344 in Germany, and 14029 in US.

In the first half of 2025, Audi achieved operating revenue of €32.57 billion, a year-on-year increase of 5.3%; operating profit of €1.087 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 45.2%; and profit after tax of €1.346 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 37.5%.

Audi Purchasing Head Renate Vachenauer will depart at the end of this year; her contract will not be renewed. Production Head Gerd Walker will temporarily take over Purchasing until a new appointment is made in early 2026.

Audi’s Q5 production disruption at its Mexican plant due to a parts shortage has been resolved. Despite reports that Audi blamed Purchasing Head Renate Vachenauer for the procurement failure, Audi declined to comment.
